What exactly do you handle for my gym?

We take ownership of client success operations, including retention workflows, engagement tracking, follow-up systems, reporting, and operational execution. This covers much of the admin, communication, and systems work that typically falls on a gym owner or manager.

Is this software or a service?

This is a done-for-you service, not a software. We use systems and automation internally, but you don’t need to learn, manage, or maintain any tools. Our team handles execution and ongoing optimization for you.

Will this replace my gym manager or staff?

Great Question! Not entirely, but it significantly reduces their workload. Most gyms use our service to remove 20–30 hours per week of admin, follow-up, and systems work, allowing managers and staff to focus on coaching, leadership, and in-person member experience.

Do you work with my existing gym software?

Yes we do. We work within whatever CRM or gym management software you already use (such as PushPress, Wodify, Zen Planner, etc.). There’s no need to switch platforms or disrupt your current operations.

How involved do I need to be once we start?

Very little. After onboarding and alignment, we handle day-to-day execution. We meet with you regularly on zoom to review performance, retention, and priorities, but you won’t be managing systems or chasing follow-ups.

Is this service right for my gym?

If you’re a gym owner who wants better retention and consistency without hiring more staff, this service is likely a great fit. It’s especially helpful if you’re still handling a lot of day-to-day follow-up yourself, don’t have a dedicated GM, or want to scale without increasing payroll.

How much does the service cost?

Our Client Success Service is offered at a flat monthly rate and is typically less than hiring part-time staff while replacing a significant portion of the admin, follow-up, and operational work usually handled by a manager or the owner. For gyms that want deeper involvement and ownership, we also offer a Client Success Manager option with a higher level of hands-on support.
